Deborah’s philosophy is that today’s workplace and society is an environment requiring much of its people. The scope of interactions at work and at home demand that all people be comfortable with change; are aware of the world around them; and know that there are a multitude of cultural norms, interests and insights among those who people their world. Deborah designs and delivers quality training and other services, including needs assessments, surveys and focus groups to organizations and their employees that is precise, productive and participative. “Learning by doing” and “learning what’s relevant” are the key focus of her presentations.
